Shipping Methods:
All orders are sent with free shipping in Greece. Upon the confirmation of your delivery, you receive an email that informs you about the dispatch of your order. After that, you will receive information about the exact delivery time of your order from the courier company.
Returns of products are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons. In case of a defective product, the customer has the following rights:
a) to demand at no extra charge the correction or replacement of the product. Such an action should be possible and should require no disproportionate costs.
b) to request a price deduction.
c) to withdraw from the sales contract, unless the product has an inconsequential defect.
